The foreigner staying in the Sultanate under personal sponsorship "Employment or visit":
Filling the related form for reporting the foreign passport's misplacement and endorsing it from the sponsor.
Enclosing a copy of the misplaced foreign passport or a copy of the resident's identity card and two photographs.
Foreigners arriving to the Sultanate with sponsored or non-sponsored tourist visas:
The presence of the concerned person and filling the related form for reporting the foreign passport's misplacement and approving it from the concerned person or the sponsor.
A letter from the misplaced passport holder declaring the misplacement of his passport along with a copy of the misplaced passport and two photographs.
