Hi , my 2011kia sportage kx3 has been parked up...
Hi , my 2011kia sportage kx3 has been parked up for just over a year getting occasional short drives until yesterday when I couldn't select reverse gear all the forward gears are ok and the linkage looks ok , what could be the problem , ps it was very very stiff to move .thanks

- Replace the transmission fluid
- reprogramming the transmission

Oops , I should have said the car is a Manual gear change ,, so probably the advice would be different for a manual Not a automatic!!
