I'm a wife of a deceased UAE military man, no children, can I receive any benefit?

The son of the deceased is doing now the papers in military here in Abu Dhabi

As his expatriate wife, I don't know anyone here , and I don't know what is there for me because he has his first wife , a local lady with 4 kids all are big. I want to know if I have a share in the house where we live now

Praise is to Allah. We seek refuge in Him. He is not misguided. He who is guided by Allah no one shall mislead him. And no one shall guide a misleading person. I testify that there is no god but Allah, who has no partner and that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.
My honorable customer, whatever the deceased leaves is transferred to all his rightful heirs,
The wives share the price when the heir is present. Allaah says "If you have a child, then you are the eighth of what you left after a commandment or a debt."
And because inheritance is not easy, do not follow the fatwa in writing, so it is necessary to go to the Shari'a court to make sure that the judge is not in debt. Or commandments, or heirs unknown, and then divided by the legitimate\sharia way.
