If you can not open the phone due to forgetting Apple ID, you must follow these steps so that you can retrieve the password and then open your phone
 
1-
You must login on the Apple site

 you cane log in from this  link Press Here
Then choose forgot apple id or password

2-
Enter your email
Then, retype the text
 Then press   on continue

3-
Then choose ineed to reset my password
Then press on continue

4-
Must be selected get an email 
Then press on  continue

5-
Note that the confirmation message appears to send a message to the mail

6-
After opening the email and finding the message you must click on reset now

7-
Then we type the new password
Then press on  reset password
 

8-
Note that you have successfully completed the password change
