Hi We have a shop for kids clothes in mall in abu...
Hi
We have a shop for kids clothes in mall in abu dhabi and it is 5 years lease.
We have completed one year but the business is very bad because of mall is new and not much people are coming.
So we need to go out and asked the mall that we want to quit.
The mall replied that in order to exit we have to pay nine months extra rent.
But we are already in loss and they asking more money. What should we do
