Hi.. I have a kenwood car radio model KMR-D368BT.....
Hi.. I have a kenwood car radio model KMR-D368BT.. I tried to update the firmware and when I received the message completed I removed the usb stock and the system has blacked out and not responding even to the reset button under the faceplate

It’s the latest firmware update on kenwood website under this model

I installed the firmware you referred to and the device blacked out and not responding.. it’s not even turning on or responding to reset button.
