First the possible faults that your car is vibrate on D :
1. Fault in the engine seats .
2. Fault in the MAF sensor mass air flow or Mab sensor .
3. Fault in exust gas recirculation.
4. Fault in the oxygen sensors.
5. Fault in the catalytic converter.
To solve the problem :
1. Check the car via the OBD ll device at a specialist.
2. Check the mentioned above.
