Good morning. I am working in private school. I started last June 01, I was offered with 16500aed salary per month plus benefits. I received an offer letter signed by the owner of the company. I already Received my last month salary and they processed my work permit which already approved. Now they are going to process my labour card and visa stamping to my passport here in Abu Dhabi. I did my medical already and everything and signed my Labour contract. Yesterday suddenly the management decided that they cant offer me the same salary due to cost cutting they want to offer me now 10000aed only. Do I have the right to file a complaint at Labour office?and what is my chance of winning the case? Thank you in advance.
