1. this is a very serious situation the patient should be admitted and treated in the hospital and medical supervision in the ICU
2.  aspirin
3. recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rtPA)
4. surgery in case of failure of medical management to remove the clot
5. when discharge the patient would be on oral anticoagulant for the rest of his life
6. in case of hemorrhagic stroke the treatment initited by supportive care and observing blood pressure 
7. and hemotoma removal after a surgery (craniotomy)
8. rehabilitation after moving over the serious period
