First you have to check these items :
1. Fault in the cars remote or battery of the remote control.
2. Fault in the battery or the alternator.
3. Fault in the Cranking sensor.
To solve the problem :
1. First try to start the car via jump start with other car.
2. Then Check the car via the OBD ll device.
