crvical disc cause the numbness and pain in the arm and hands not in feet
your numbness and pain in feet have many causes , some of them
1-herniated disc in lumbar region
2- B12 deficincy
3- diabetes
4-tursal tunnel syndrome means the compression on the nerves that supply the feet only 
5-your pain in other areas like shoulders and under the neck may suspect other disease
you should make an appointment with neurological doctor to examine you and take the detailed history
if there is other associated symptoms or not
but you can now make some investigation like
CBC, random blood sugar,urea and creatinine,electrolytes,b12 level 
other radilogical also like x-ray for back or CT
please u should see the doctor for full examination and investigation

يجب بصراحة الإستمرار على المسكنات فقط ولا داعي لمراجعة أكثر من طبيب لأن المشكلة ستكون لها نفس العلاج.
يجب الصبر قليلاً فهذه الأوجاع صعبة العلاج.
