 The sound in your isuzu 2010 caused by 

1. Air filter .
2. Engine head .
3. Piston 
4. Rings 
5. Manafoult 
6. Exhuast system 

To solve the problem : 

1. Check air filter if it dirty clean it or replace 
2. Check the exhust gas if the gas colour is black that mean the problem in cylinder head or in the injector , if the color is white the problem is in the ring or injectors 

If you want to do overhaul you must replace : 

1. Cylinder head gas kit 
2. Check the piston 
3. Replace the ring 
4. Chek crank chaft
