Hi sir..I need ur help...my daughter is working in...
Hi sir..I need ur help...my daughter is working in a restaurant. Last week she was physically abused by the cook of that restaurant by twisting both her hands after she smelled the meet which she suspected as expired because of its darkening colour...I wanted to file police case to that guy but he keep on asking apology from y daughter and to me..butt daughter wants to resign coz as if she has a trauma of what happened...she was only 4 months working there....can she resign? What is the best thing to do...please help me...thanks.

About your daughter case , I do not advice her to resign, and that's because she has rights following the labor law in UAE . and she will lose this rights if she resign
so what i advice to Negotiation about her right plus the compensation for damage which happened to her from what the cook did
