Third finger of my right feet is swollen badly and paining, I went to GP in Abeer Medical center she gave me Brufen 600mg and Diclofen gel,but pain is unbearable now and swelling is more

according to what are describe , it is a fracture on the third finger
but there should be a history of trauma preceding what happened
what is the treatment of fracture
- xray is a must so the fracture would be identified
- then reduction of the fracture and returning the bone to its normal place happened
- followed by casting the foot
- with analgesia as celebrex or arcoxia
what is the cause of fracture
- trauma
- osteoporosis
- vitamin D defeciency
what are the associated symptoms
- deformity of bone
- sever pain
- swelling
what are the way to diagnose it
- clinical exam
- Xray is a must
