   • Mobile Internet Call Bundle:
     - Send CCP to 1012
   • eLife Internet Connection Pack:
   - Send E ICP to 1010
You can contact Etisalat Customer Service at 101 or 123 to unsubscribe

First: To download the program for phones on the Android system click here
Second: To download the program for iPhone and iPad phones click here
** Once you have installed Botim on your phone, you will need to activate a package through its telecom company, to operate your Botim program correctly in UAE
* To activate Botim on Etisalat's SIM card, To make calls, follow these steps:
1) Send SMS and write ICP to 1012
2) AED 50 will be deducted from the phone balance
To speak to customer service for details, call 101

** To activate Botim services on DU SIM card, To make calls, follow these steps:
Send SMS and write ICP to 1012
Or Send SMS and write Netcall to 1355
** If you have a subscription problem, at the Botim service, you can contact du's customer service in UAE at 155 or 135
