Based on your condition i see the following

• It is may be due to cozar drug thus you can stop it temporary
• Seek a medical help to be examined by your doctor
• Do basic tests like CBC, Blood pressure measurement, Blood glucose level
• Increase your intake of water for at least 3 liters per day
