2. pay attention to your personal hygine 
3. avoid direct contact to other by sexual intercourse or touching to prevent spearding the infection ( if existed ) 
4. in case of bacterial infection , you may use clindamycin for 2 weeks course  topically or orally 
5. in case of fungal infection , you may use fluconazole for 2 weeks course  topically or orally 
6. in case of chronic disease , you may need to do more advanced exmnations to determine the causes and how to treat it
