What is the treatment of Breast pain

In fact , treatment depends on the cause of the pain . So , you have to full clinical assessment and lab tests to reach the diagnosis and treat it accordingly 

1. Rest your body 
2. Apply cold compressors for 15 minutes might relieve the pain
3. You have to wear comfortable clothes 
4. Take Over the counter analgesic such as Ibuprofen when necessary to relieve the pain
5. In case of Bacterial infection your doctor will presribe Antibiotic
6. In case of Breast abscess , your doctor will drain the pus and prescribe antibiotic for you

1. Breast infection
2. Breast Abscess  
3. Fibrocystic disease of the breast
4. Fibroadenoma
5. Congestion
6. Trauma 

What are the investigations needed for Breast pain

1. Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center for abnormal signs such as infection
2. Complete blood count 
3. US of the breast 
4. Mammogram
