Dear Customer
Welcome, and thank you for trusting us
Regarding your question
What are the methods to fasten the healing process for the fracture?
1.Drinking plenty of fluids
2.Rest as much as possible and dont walk on the leg
3.Panadol as pain killers and the best is panadol joint
4.Ipobrufen such as advil
5.Keep the leg elevated
6.Ice packs to reduce swelling
7.Calcium tabs
8.Multi vitamin supplement like centrum
What do we recommend?
It takes around 6 to 8 weeks for a minor fracture to heal. You'll probably need to use crutches or a wheelchair during this time, until it's possible to put weight on the leg again. And calcium tabs with ice packs and paikillers are the fastest recovery method.
