1. Gastroenteritis.
2. Irritable bowel syndrome.
3. Gastritis.
4. Food intolerances.
5. Gastroesophageal reflux disease-GERD.
6. Stomach or peptic ulcers.
7. Crohn's disease.
8. Celiac disease.
9. Pulled or strained muscles.
10. Gallbladder stones.
When you need to visit a doctor?
1. Unexplained weight loss.
2. Unexplained exhaustion.
3. Changes or disturbances in bowel movements, such as chronic constipation or diarrhea, that do .not resolve within a few hours or days
4. Minor rectal (anal) bleeding or blood in stool.
5. Chronic pain that continues after taking over-the-counter medications or returns after stopping .prescribed medication
