you can give your cat a hormone injection to end the heat cycle like :-

• progesterone injection to reduces the estrogen hormone which is responsible for heat behavior in cats 
• this hormone will stop the heat cycle for 4-8 months 
• you can use it not more than 3 times because its increase the risk of ovarian censer 

other ways to stop the heat cycle :-

• spaying ( a surgical procedure which the doctor remove the ovary and the uterus for your cat)
• false matting ( let the female cat to marry a castrated male)
