if your testicales are bloted you can do   

• Perform self test of the testicles is the best way to detect testicular cancer, hydrocele or varicocele. Do it preferably in the shower, because the scrotum is then more flexible. Roll each testicle between the thumb and the other fingers of the hand to detect any bump, induration or irregularity (except the epididymis). This autoexamen is especially important for men operated at an early age for an incompletely descended testicle, as they are 20 times more likely to get testicular cancer.
• if you suspect have any probleme recommend an ultrasound testiculer
•  Take hot baths. This will relieve the pain and stimulate blood circulation.
• Wear an athletic suspender

Pain and swelling of the testicles: Causes

• Torsion of the testicle.
• Infection of the testicle (or epididymitis, the epididymis being the reservoir of the testis). The infection may be due to a sexually transmitted infection (STI)
• may indicate tearing of the internal envelope of the testicle.
• Mumps, which sometimes causes inflammation of the testicles.
• Accumulation of water around the testicles (hydrocele).
• Varicose veins around the testicle
• Hernia of abdominal origin
