you can take analgesic drug for the time being like paracetamol 500mg or ibuprofen 600mg , then
You should do abdominal and pelvic ultrasound along with urine analysis and pregnancy test , but i advise you to delay the pregnancy test to 10-14 days later
If there is no pregnancy, it is possible to take DuPhastone tablets 20 mg tablets morning and evening for 5 days ..
Menstrual bleeding is expected between 2 to 10 days after taking this medcaments.
You may still be pregnant. Sometimes, levels of the pregnancy hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in pregnancy aren’t yet high enough for a home pregnancy test to detect.
Ectopic pregnancy
Stress,
Malnutrition can affect it.
Sudden lifestyle changes, such as intense exercise or working the overnight shift on your job
