What is the ENO?

Eno is an over the counter antacid brand. Its main ingredients are sodium bicarbonate, and citric acid; it is sometimes used for cooking, but in general it is antcid and it is used to treat heartburn not blood pressure.

How to manage Blood pressur problems?

 recommend to observe your bloodp ressure for a week by measuring blood pressure twice daily and then if there is still high blood pressure or low blood pressure from measurements you need to consult a doctor for extra investigations and for maangement.

Heartburn.

obviously you are taking drugs that relieve this symptom but you also need to consult a doctor because long term heartburn might cause long term effect on stomach, intestine, and esophagus
