discharge from penis what is the cause?

I recommend to do CBC, Urine analysis, Semen analysis and also you should do Kidney and liver profile also I recommend to do cluture from this discharge.

How to manage STD due to gonorrhea and clamydia?

I recommend to use :
ceftriaxone 500 mg IM injection for once with one gram of azythromycin for once if symptoms last you can take clindamycine or other  meds that are helpful
