Well , treatment depends upon the cause , so , if you have any signs of inflammation , you need to visit the nearest medical center to receive the antibiotics for your infection . At the moment , you can apply cold compressors to your breast for 15 minutes with analgesics such as ibuprofen or panadol 

? What are the signs of infection within the breast 

• Fever
• Redness of the skin
• Pain in the nipple 
• Inability to feed your infant
• Discharge 

? What should you do at the moment 

You should visit the nearest medical center for complete evaluation and medical workup , including

• Complete blood count
• Ultrasound of the breast
