How to manage abdominal gases?

You can use some drugs to relieve symptoms of abdominal gases and bloating. Accelerated kinetic materials, such as cisapride, metoclopramide, have been successfully tested, but incomplete. A new drug in this group is Tegaserod.
In addition, other drugs that have been successfully tested are partially synthesized with active charcoal (Carbosylane, Eucarbon, Norit, NoviCarbon), Bismuth subsalicylate and enzymatic preparations (Encypalmed - Encypalmed)

Examples of foods that cause collection of abdominal gas in larger quantities:

Vegetables, such as ground chalk, helium, broccoli, coiled broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, green pepper, onion, peas, radish, unpooked potatoes.
Beans and other legumes
Fruits, such as apricots, bananas, melons, peaches, pears, raisins and uncooked apples.
Wheat and wheat bran.
eggs.
Soft drinks, fruit juice, beer and red wine.
Fatty and fried food.
Sugar and its substitutes.
Milk and its products, especially in people who are sensitive to lactose, the main sugar in milk.
Packaged foods that contain lactose, such as bread, cereals and salad sauces.

you can check about your blood flow by oximeter
To determine your normal oxygen range, simply check your oxygen saturation 4 times a day for 5 days
using your personal fingertip oximeter.
Record each measurement in the activity log and be sure to also record what you were doing prior to checking.

its possible to cause a mid discomfrom in GI tract with gases , but it doesnt cause phelegum
Possible causes of phelgum :
1. sinus and asthma
2. smoking
3. lung infections
4. GERD
