By giving the patient antibiotic like ogmentin which is capable of fighting infection. Doctor will prescribe this according to weight. Also patient need to take analgesic to relive pain and fever like paracetamol and NSAIDS

What to do if the patient is so ill?

in this casd you need to consult a doctor again and to give him more powerful antibiotic and also let him take dexamethasone steroid injection to relive inflammation
