I recommend to consult a doctor as a start. you need to consult a dentist at least he will diagnose if there is a problem with your teeth.

How to treat oral infection?

you need to consult a doctor to examine you after this you can take antibiotic to relieve infection and inflammation like takine amoxicillin 500 for a week. Also you need to take flagyl 500 for a week.

How to relieve pain?

I recommend to take analgesic like ibuprofen 400 or 600 or 800 
Also you can take acamol or paracetamol to relieve pain
if there is a teeth problem then the doctor will diagnose it and will manage it with what is required by antibiotic and analgesic
