hi, I have bought products and used a courier to...
hi, I have bought products and used a courier to ship them to me. this courier is abroad who discarded most of my items claiming that i haven't proceeded he payment but the truth is that i have asked them to send me the link for payment and they haven't send it to me and i still have the emails to prove that. the company said they will send me a compensation and when i have sent them the invoices they refused and only sent me a small amount of it. so i would like to sue them..is that possible? they are online shipping company called my american shipper

Please kindly try to review the contract your signed with this company, cause usually those kinds of company write a hidden CONDITIONS most of the clients do not read it when they start the service .sometimes those conditions give them the right to terminate the contact in case they dont get there payment , or the clients should follow some direction to get the service; However the answer for your question in the way you did ask that yes you can sue them depending that you did all your responsibility in the contract on contrary of the company . and it was there fault that they didn't send you the link or way to pay the service fees. and depending if the delay of the service cause you damage ,
