the treatment depends on the cause and to know the cause you should go to the doctotr and doing clinical examination , and we advice you to eat well , and drink alot of water , avoid carbohydrate and fat , exercise regularly , and maintain the level of glucose , and for pain you can use pain killer like Ibuprofen 600mg 2 times daily , and if the cause is Iron deficiency anemia you can take Iron tab once daily , and if the cause due to Allergy you can take Anti histamincs like Loratadine 10mg once daily with coticosteroid as recommended , and you can use multivitamins ,
Diagnosis :
By taking Full medical history and doing clinical examination and CBC to detcet anemia and infection , and mesure the level of Vit D and B , and examin the eye , and mesure the gloucose level
