Causes of your neck pain:
According to your description, this pain is muscular in origin,You may have long pressure on right side of your neck or uncomfortable sleep all night.
Symptoms of neck muscle pain:
- Pain localized to one side or bilateral sides of your neck
- Pain radiates to shoulder and upperl limbs
- Unable to turn your neck right or left
- Pain in movement of your shoulder hoint
- May be numbness in your upper limb.
Treatment of neck muscle pain:
You can use the following treatment:- Cataflam 50 mg twice daily
- Relaxon tablet twice daily
- Diclofene gel twice daily.
