but the main causes can be treated after physical examination by surgeon like the following

•  Pantovir 40mg twice daily for 14 days

• Metronidazole 500mg three times daily 14 days
• Clarithromycin 500mg two times daily

note that you may need to keep using Pantover for longer time
you also may need surgical intervention if gallbladder or pancreas were the sources of pain
you also should consider doing ECG and CXR

When you need to go to hospital urgently:

If one of the following occurs , you should go to the hospital

• .bleeding per mouth

• . bloody stool
• . severe abdominal pain
• . not  improved with the mentioned medication
