Welcome! How can I help with your medical question? Dr I got acervical lymph node and after blood check I was diagnosed TB positive.now am under medication .can I use natural remedies as well. Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking? Yes Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know? Vitamin B6 and rifafour tabs

treatment of TB :

  • your doctor will start with many drugs like :INH ,RIFAMPIN,PYRAZINAMIDE and ethambutol.
  • this regimen will be continued till 4 to6 months 
  • then INH and rifampin will be continueed to other three months .
  • good diet 
  • drink more than two liters of fliud 
  • use of natural remedies depends on type 

diagnosis of cervical TB :

  • CBC 
  • ultrasound can give suggestion of TB 
  • FNA or tru cut biopsy 

symptoms of TB :

  • fever 
  • night sweat 
  • wieght loss 
  • lymphadenpathy 
  • anemia
