My wife is 8 week and 3 days pregnant. When she had a scan last week doctor said baby doesn’t have heartbeat and ask her to do a Abortion. Now she went to another hospital and doctor said to wait 10 more days.

Well , you doctor will advice you and preform another test after 2 weeks . As in many cases the heart rate starts to beat after 8 weeks and even may reach 12 weeks of pregnancy . So , my adivice is to repeat the test after 2 weeks

- Vaginal ultrasound
- Abdominal US
