Treatment of chest pain:

it really depends on the cause

• if there is a difficulty breathing with lower jaw numbness then you should go to the hospital urgently
• if there is a gastroesophageal reflux then medications like rantidine and omeprazole may help you
• if there are productive cough with sputum and fever then you should consult a pulmonologist
• if it is associated wih movement and heavy training then it is propably a muscular cause wich needs relaxation

Diagnosis of chest pain:

• history and clinical examination
• doing an ECG
• chest X-ray
• cardiac enzymes level
• complete blood count
• esophageogastroscopy if the treatment didn't work
• computed tomography if needed

Causes of chest pain:

• cardiac causes like myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, pericarditis or cardiomyopathy
• lung causes: respiratory tract infection
• easophageal causes: esophageal spasm, gastroesophageal reflux
• chest wall causes: muscle spam
