Do you need treatment of gout?

But if you have symptoms of gout as big toe pain, you may need treatment as:

• Colchicine 0.5 mg once daily
• Ibuprofen 600 mg twice daily
• And you have to reduce protein intake.

Treatment of high cholesterol level:

According to your lab result, you have to start lifestyle modification as:

• Exercise
• Reduce fat intake
• And if there is no improvement, you can take medication as simvastatin.
