I recommend to do those tests:
Urine analysis
CBC, ESR,
vaginal discharge examination under microscope
How to manage vaginal infection?
I recommend to use :
gynedaktazol supp one suppository daily for 3 to 5 days
antifungal cream twice daily for a week
flagyl 500 three times every day for a week
What other disease you should be examined for?
you need to be tested for diabetes,
Also you need to be tested for urinary infection
