Treatment of bleading during pregnancy:

• in any case of bleeding you should consult the obestitirician to evaluate you case precisely
• stop takng the drug (cytopan) which is contraindicated in pregnancy and get a medical prescription before you take any drug during pregnancy

Diagnosis of bleeding during pregnancy:

• clinical examination of the vaginal tract and the cervix
• level of B-hCG
• sonography of the abdomin and pelvis

Causes of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy:

• a small or large injury in the vaginal tract
• placenta previa
• abruptioplacenta
• abortion

N.B:

cytopan is contraindicated during pregnancy which cant lead to an abortion or fetal defect and you should consult an obstetrician in case you consumed that drug during pregnancy
