Well , You should complete the treatment for H.pylori infection , which is usually the triple therapy for 10-14 days 

• Amoxicillin 
• Clarthromycin
• Omeprazole 

For treatment of Reflux and acidity you should do the following

• Avoid eating before sleep 
• Avoid eating large meals , where you can replace them with smaller ones
• Avoid Oil,fat and any other foods that bother your stomach
• Avoid smoking , coffee , tea 
• Take Nexium once daily for 6 weeks
