Treatment of headache

It is common symptom to have headache due to many factors and causes, Based on what you mentioned as there are headache, fever and coldness feeling, i see the following

• The commonest cause si viral infection like influenza or other even you have no nose symptoms like runny nose or congestion.
• Increase your daily intake of hot drinks and vitamin C juices like lemon and orange.
• Take analgesics like what you have panadol.
• If you symptoms continue for more than one week, it is better to seek for your family doctor examination and do CBC test.
