diagnosis of premature ovarian faliure :

• clinical evaluation and medical examination .
• serum FSH ,LH .If they are persistently high it is diagnostic .
• pelvic ultrasound .

causes of premature ovarian faliure :

• it is autoimmune process .
• of unkown cause .
• the body makes antibody that attacks ovum and destroy it .
• it leads to absence of period for more than 1 year .
• it is similar to menpause .
