My daughter has a fever since Monday night after we came back from beach.
It's 38.1 or more especially at night time.
I m giving her panalife 120mg 7.5ml.
She has a little flue n for that I m giving anti allergic 2.5ml.
Now tell me why fever is continuous.
What is the reason n wat should I do

Treatment of fever:
According to your question, your child mostly has bacterial infection.So, she must take antibiotic as:
- Augmentin syrup 8 cc three times daily
- And she can take ibuprofen syrup 8 cm for fever.
Symptoms of Respiratory infection:
- Fever
- Cough
- Sputum production
- General fatigue
- Headache
- Arthralgia
- Poor appetite
Causes of fever:
There are many causes of fever as:- Acute respiratory infection
- Flu
- Acute gastritis
- Tonsillitis
- Sinusitis
- Otitis Media...etc
