Hello doc,I just want to ask why I have a very bad back pain under my ribs...???I dont know.why I feel this.3weeks now.
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I didnt go.to the doctor yet becoz.of my busy schedule.....im afraid I have a kidney stone
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I have medical last 10months and all clear I dont have any sickness...but last 3weeks.I feel this specially if I woke.up.in the morning

Causes of upper back pain:
There are many possible cause of such pain as:- Muscle spasm
- Renal stones
- Spine problem
- Contusion...etc
Symptoms may be associated:
- Pain radites to sides
- Dysuria
- Hematuria
- L.L pain
- L.L numbness
Diagnosis of the cause of upper back pain:
You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- X-ray
- Urine analysis
- Urea
- Creatinine
Treatment of upper back pain:
It depends on the cause, and you can use the following treatment:- Cataflam 50 mg twice daily
- Diclofene gel three times daily
- Relaxon tablet twice daily.
