Welcome! How can I help with your medical question? I have tried so hard to quit cigarate smoking but it becoming difficult for me coz i cn take like 3 to 4 days without smoking but i find myself into it again.plz i need your help. Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking? Not yet bt i once went to a chemist an explained myself but they told me the only best way is to stop and for me i find it hard to stop it at once Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know? There some pains i normally feel but i guess its cegarate smoking thts why i wanna quit
