5 days a go many acnes started to show on my face...
5 days a go many acnes started to show on my face and it contains what i believed a pus, also cold sores and blisters appears on my lips as soon one is gone another show up, also i want to ask sugar supposes to give you some energy but when ever am eating a piece of chocolate or anything with sugar i tend to feel sleepy and tired, should i be worried about diabetes am only 20 and am also hypertensive and i have psoriatic arthritis.

How to treat acne ?
use topical antibiotic like fusidin cream twice daily for a week. And also use special soap to clean your face from debris. If acne is severe you can use oral antibiotic like cefuroxime 500 for a week and also isotretinoin
How to diagnose diabetes?
do Fasting plasma glucose test twice between the two tests few days apart. If there is symptoms to support the diagnosis then you don't need to do the test twice once is enough.
What other tests to do?
I recomment to do : CBC, ESR, CRP, AST, ALT, LDH, creatinin, urea
