Treatment of leg bone pain

It is common complain to experience leg pain due to many factors and causes which result in pain that at sometimes limit the patient ability to do daily life activities. Treatment and evaluation of leg pain is by the following

• The commonest cause is due to long standing and exhaustion thus it is better to avoid stress and prolonged standing this period.
• Take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily with muscle relaxant like Relaxone tab twice daily.
• Apply hot pads on your leg.
• If there are symptoms like leg swelling, redness and constant pain, it is better to seek for medical help to exclude causes like DVT.

• Arthritis
• Muscles spasm
• DVTs
• Osteoporosis
