Hi I am a man of 58 years old , Diabetic since 2006 .
I started having some pain in 2 of my right foot toes, I'm taking Neurobion injections 1 / week , is it the good treatment for neuropathy ?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Yes and I had an electrogram test

indication of neurobion :
it is indicated in the following cases :- anemia due to vitamin B12 defeciency .
- peripheral neuropathy .
- chronic fatigue
- pregnancy
role of neurobion in peripheral neuropathy :
- it helps in myelination of nerve fibres which helps in conduction of electrical impulse across the nerve .
- it can improve peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetis but not totally .

there is no toxic effect of vitamin b complex .the duration depends on your doctor recommendation .
