there are no specific antidote for aspirin overdose so it needs to be treated on emergency center immediately .

activated charcoal may be given if 1 hour or less since ingestion , whole bowel irrigation may be done in the emergency department if more than 1 hour passed
if she took less than 150mg of aspirin for each kg of her weight and no signs of toxicity appeared it can be discharged after 6 hours of observation , but if she took more than this dose she must be admitted to the hospital and perhaps the intensive care unit to remain under observation and perform the necessary analysis, especially the following analyzes:

    CBC
Arterial blood gases

    Liver functions

    Kidney functions

    Blood pressure measurement

    Severe bleeding from the stomach

    Liver disorder

    Kidney disorder
hemorrhagic stroke
