What is the treatment of nipple discharge?
- open and drainage in caseof abscess followed by antibiotics
- open and drainage in case of cyst of milk if she is nursing
- antibiotics in case of mastitis
- hormonal therapy
- surgery by lumpectomy or mastectomy in case of malignany
- followed by chemo or radio adjuvant therapy
what are the causes of nipple discharge?
- nursing mother that could have mastitis or abscess or cyst of milk
- breast lump wither it is benign or malignant

- breast mass
- pain wither it is related to menstrual period or not
- skin changes as redness
- fever and malaise
